30 days most recent paystubs
2 years W2s
2 years of full tax returns (ALL pages and ALL schedules)
2 years of full business tax returns (All Pages and All Schedules- please include k-1s)- only if applicable
2 months of Bank Statements on ALL accounts (ALL pages-including blank pages, must show account number, and name must be stated)
Most recent 401k IRA, etc. quarterly statement
